More than 150 organizations have submitted comments to the Postal Regulatory Commission, PRC, regarding their 10-year review proposal. Most comments were unfavorable about the proposal. LSC Communications joined the effort, submitting comments directly to the PRC as well as signing on to the American Mail Alliance comments. The American Mail Alliance is an unprecedented coalition of more than 50 leading associations, companies, nonprofits, magazines, newspapers and other stakeholders that have come together to advocate for a common sense approach to setting new postal rates, promoting the long-term health and success of the United States Postal Service (USPS), and opposing the radical postal rate increases proposed by the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC), the independent regulatory agency tasked with USPS postage rate oversight.
