The USPS has announced that North Houston P&DC, located at 4600 Aldine Bender Rd, North Houston, TX 77315-9997 has resumed accepting drops shipments to include Marketing Mail effective today, September 02, 2017. For mail that we were not instructed to hold, return or destroy, we have begun to deliver based on USPS appointment availability and transportation capacity. It is anticipated that delivery to recipients will be difficult to project as flooding in some areas continue. The USPS has also announced alternate mail pickup locations.
